How much will it cost?

This is determined on a case by case basis. Cost is generally calculated by services required and length of time to complete the job.

We offer a no obligation free quote before each job so you know exactly how much its going to cost before we begin. Fill out our quote request form, call or email us for more information.

How long will it take?

This will depend on what you require, you only need to be home while we clean the inside. Let us know and we will clean the inside first so you can leave. Alternatively we can lock and secure your property when completed if you feel comfortable with this option.

How often should I clean my windows and home?

We recommend at least a quarterly window clean and a yearly house wash, but this will depend on your requirements and the environment you live in. We always customise cleaning schedules to meet our client’s needs. We have many options that we are more than happy to discuss.

What is the scheduled cleaning programme?

This is where we set up a 12 month plan to cover every aspect of your home cleaning requirements, we clean monthly to ensure your home is always looking amazing. It can involve all of our services.

What chemical do you use to clean windows and buildings?

We use a specialised detergents and water. These are environmentally friendly, do not leave streaks and keeps your surfaces cleaner for longer.

Is it necessary to be home during the cleaning service?

If you wish to be home during the cleaning process we are happy to book an appointment which suits your schedule. However it’s not always necessary for you to be home for the entire appointment. We can start on the inside windows and once we are finished you can lock up and leave then we can continue with the exterior clean.

Can you remove paint, varnish or concrete from my windows?

We have a process by which we can safely remove material such as paint, varnish, concrete and stickers. This does take longer than a standard clean and is not included in the normal quoted price.

Do you remind clients that their windows are due to be cleaned?

If on a regular schedule for our services, we will text, email or call you before your booking is due to schedule a time that suits or just to remind you.

How often should I have my gutters cleaned?

Every gutter cleaning job is different depending on the surroundings. We suggest it is done at least yearly. We clean gutters by hand unless there is a health and safety issue. The clean includes debris removal, down pipe flushing and cleaning of the exterior of gutters.

What do I need to do before you arrive?

Lock away any dogs so that we do not let them out. Ensure we have access to the required areas to be cleaned. Clearing window sills of objects will allow us access to the glass.

How and when do I pay?

Where we prefer payment on the day by Cheque or Internet banking. Our terms or trade are payment within 7 days.
